THE VIBE::
This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining. Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!
LIVING-ROOM::
You'll love the spacious, open, and stunning living area with designer finishes. Challenge your friends or family to a game of pool, watch the game on the large screen TV, sit at the kitchen countertop barstools with a San Diego craft beer, or take an afternoon nap on the couch. We have a dining table, kitchen barstools, and a large couch to provide ample seating for your entire party. The kitchen is also open to the living room so if you're cooking, you can still get in on all the action.
KITCHEN + DINING::
Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. We have a large island, stainless steel fridge with an ice-maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and a large sink with a garbage disposal. The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. We have plenty of dishes, plates and lots of tableware to accommodate large groups. There are also basic spices for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen are the barstools on the kitchen island with seating for 4, as well as a large dining table with seating for up to 5, with additional seating in the living room, and large outdoor space. The large TV can also be seen while cooking! Outdoor Spaces: The inside of this house is gorgeous, but it's San Diego, so we had to go all out with the outdoor space. You'll love the new jacuzzi, covered patio area, outdoor kitchen, turf with outdoor games, market lighting, and spaces to lounge and hang out. The outdoor space is great for pups, too!
