Wander takes pride in maintaining Superhost status for all our homes. We make sure every guest has a 5-star experience and will do what’s needed to ensure our guests leave overjoyed.

Wander is very selective with the properties we allow on our platform and do turn homes away. Each home we manage is unique and aligns with the standard of a Wander Rental.

We do it all

From interior design consultation to general contractor services in addition to a proven method of sales and marketing that we know works. We’ve invested countless time and money in perfecting our craft. Everything is run in-house; outsourcing to professionals where needed, keeping operational cost low and quality control high.

Meet The Team

Mark Green

CEO

Mark is the CEO of Wander Rental. He loves real estate, vacation rentals, and building systems that help the Wander Team. Mark is an excellent negotiator and is a San Diego native. In his spare time, Mark enjoys mixed martial arts, yoga, and spending time with his daughters and wife.

Paul Green

CFO

Paul is the CFO of Wander Rental. Since he was young I always had a serious interest in real estate and specifically fixing up properties for value adding. His passion is to provide customers with beautiful properties. As a CFO, he enjoys working with numbers and without Wander he couldn't full his passion of renovating homes and letting others experience them.

Erick Gydesen

Operations and IT

Erick manages operations and IT for Wander Rental. Erick is a San Diego native and has been working in residential real estate since 2011 while he was finishing up his senior year at San Diego State University. From a young age, Erick fell in love with real estate. In his spare time, Erick enjoys traveling, surfing, and poker.

Michael Cullen

Director for Wander Rental

As the Director for Wander Rental, Michael oversees the daily tasks and system procedures. Michael's family was centered around real estate and it's been a passion of his since grade school. When Michael is not out looking for more property, you can find him on the golf course!

Steve Ham

Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing for Wander Rental, Steve oversees all marketing, advertising and PR related activities for all of our properties. Steve has not only a passion for marketing but also for real estate, vacation rentals and traveling. He has been to over 80 countries and lived in eight. When Steve is not working on the latest marketing plan, you can find him in the water or spending time with his family!
